From 1985 to 2011, Chicago's basement dwellers HiFi & the Roadburners brought their brand of hard drivin' rhythm & blues to clubs and dive bars across the country. From opening to the Stray Cats in the 80s, to Social Distortion and Rev. Horton Heat in the 90s, HiFi & the Roadburners kept the 50s rock n roll alive throughout their career. With the death of singer and founding member Erik "HiFi" Kish in 2011, the Roadburners reunite just once a year for the Bring It Up High fest. Make sure to catch them.
